CHARICE MABRY
ARTIST STATEMENT
Chars’ Spot was created when several of my colleagues requested
original pieces of art that would represent them yet accentuate their homes. During the creation process they would come by
the studio with guests and cook as I created the pieces. Currently I have original pieces of art in the homes of many across
the world. Within my works is the use of different mediums in delivering Psychological themes. These themes range from the
plight of a single parent to natural displays and abstract articles. Art is a transporter that can take an individual from
one place of existence to another, so I invite you to explore at Chars’ Spot.
